What makes Brueggers a five star experience to me when there's many like itself out there such as Einstein bagels, Panera bread, Caribou, and Bigby you may ask? I'm going to say their large selections of cream cheese, and styles of Bagel! They also have sandwiches, soups, salads, Arabica coffee, and desserts! This location in particular seems to be in a perfect spot. Nice place for a small grab and go breakfast or if you'd like to sit in for a while. They also have a type of coffee I've never seen before, coconut coffee (seasonal I believe)! It even accomplishes the taste they are trying to acquire, for I can taste the nuttiness in every sip. Other beverages they have is the Chai tea, which I was impressed to find because you don't find this in the competitors restaurant! The service here has always been a1, and it's clean as a whistle in there! they open at 5:30 am so if you're looking for an early breakfast or a late brunch, they're your people! :D

This will sound like an old man yelling at the sky, but I feel quite strong about our visit here today. I just want to thank the miserable employee at this location for trashing 10 years of repeat business at Brueggers bagels. After tonight's experience I will never return to any of their locations. Big loss I guess right? Well I still feel that my family and company help keep them in business. Whenever bagels are required it's been where we go. No mas. Tonight at 5:59 we rushed in the door just to grab our son a day old bagel, maybe a lil cream cheese, and a drink before lacrosse practice. Was it one minute before close? Yes. Is that rude? Yes. Traffic is a bear around 5pm. It's the way it is. I understand what working in a restaurant is like, when a person, or group comes in 3 minutes before close and asks for a menu. It's so frustrating! In the end you must still serve them, however rude it may seem, that's just life. How about when the customer is just looking to pay cash, heck leave cash without being able to get change back in exchange for a small SNACK that requires ZERO prep. The restaurant is still open, and "the register is closed" is the worst rookie excuse I have ever heard. How about, "the computers are down, but how about a day old bagel, I'll just leave the money for my manager in an envelope." It wasn't 6:15, and this is no Applebee's commercial either. All we wanted was service during normal business hours. Einstein Bagels, here we come!

Yum. Thats it. Go get a bagel, eat it. Finish with coffee just brewed. Repeat the next day. Have a great day after that. This place is awesome. Happy staff-check. Nom noms with cream cheese? Yeah. I'll go out of my way to visit this cool looking, semi fancy bagel shop. New York bagels, like legit. Tastes just like NYC:) How can you go wrong? You can't. Check it out. I recommend everything.

Bagel shops are a dime a dozen these days. While I do like this location, the brand in itself really doesn't do a whole lot for me. I really enjoy their menu and bagel selection, and their prices are right on point. After having been to a few places like this, Bruegger's isn't half bad. I just can't get into them, because there's to many options out there. What I do like about them, is they don't try to hard like Panera Bread, they don't feel corporate like Tim Hortons and they have a great bagel selection. Overall, the few times I have been here have been good. this place is in a busy shopping complex with decent parking right off Woodward. Service is quick and the staff seems to be friendly enough.

I have this awesome, yet simple sandwich that I always order: Chicken breast on bread with cheddar cheese, lettuce, and ranch. The problems lie in the price: -It costs more to get a sandwich on bread than on a bagel, which seems bizarre. -It's $1 extra just to get cheese on a sandwich. If the sandwiches were dirt cheap, I'd be ok with it, but when I'm already spending over $6 for a sandwich, spending an extra dollar for a slice of cheese is ridiculous. -Even though it's $1 extra, they still only put one slice of cheese on each sandwich. It only ends up covering a little over half of the sandwich. If they either kept the price as is but fixed the above things OR didn't fix any of those but lowered the build-your-own base price by two or three dollars, I'd give 5 stars. As it is, it's worth it once in a while, but it's hard to justify all the extra costs more than that. Parking is also pretty brutal. There is a big parking lot in the back, but as far as I can tell there is no back entrance, so that entire lot is useless. I end up driving around the 20 spots out front that are shared with all the other businesses until somebody leaves.

I just realized that we do not visit Bruegger's enough. Every time we go there we are impressed with the staff, the bagels and other food, and the coffee. Stopped in again recently and had the Everything Whole Wheat Bagel (when did they add these??) with Lite Herb & Garlic Spread...MMMMMM! And Salty Caramel Coffee! I hope they just keep doing what they're doing and we will try to visit more often.

Yay! The bagel place I used to love is back again. They're efficient, haven't run out of supplies, and the food seems fresher. They even have much better quality egg for the breakfast sandwiches than they used to. Get the rosemary bagel if you know what's good for you.

I really like Bruegger's, they've got great cream cheese flavours and I find their bagels far superior to Einstein or the other chain bagel places. My only complaint is that I wish they'd make more onion bagels! They have some sort of coffee program, wish they'd do that with bagels as well!

i have nothing but praise for the workers at the Long Lake and Woodward location. i have owned my own Home Improvement Business for 28 years and enjoy the highest ranking via Angie's List - so - i understand great customer service - rarely find it. But as of December 2013 they knock my socks off. Know my name. Great attitudes. Wonderful breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The $170 coffee deal for the year is an incredible value. I stop by every day. Highly recommend :)

They really need to work on getting orders correct. This morning, I ordered a breakfast sandwich (Sriracha egg sandwich on a plain untoasted bagel) and a lunch sandwich for later (Leonardo de Veggie on asiago, also untoasted). What did I get? One western bagel sandwich on a very darkly toasted bagel and a sriracha, also toasted. This was after the girl making them asked me my order THREE TIMES. Someone didn't have her head on straight this morning. This is not the first time this has happened. I highly advise you to open anything you order before leaving, because odds are that it isn't what you ordered.
